Just wonder if anyone know if the TLER setting is important/crucial in respect to the DNS-323?
I have just purchased two new WD 1TB GP disk - normal desktop variants, not RAID edition.
What I cannot figure out is if the TLER is for hardware RAID cards or also affected on software RAID solutions, or should be set accordingly on all RAID solutions. (?!?!)
