DNS-323 x64 Driver and Windows 7

Has anyone been able to get these two to play nicely together?  Everytime I have gone to install it, I would subsequently had to re-install Windows 7.  For some reason the driver causes the system to hang at shutdown.

Re: DNS-323 x64 Driver and Windows 7

I have made a similar thread some weeks ago - when installing the driver on Vista x64, it is no longer possible to install/uninstall programs. Either is it possible to remove the driver.
I had to reinstall my Vista too - so don't use this driver!!

Re: DNS-323 x64 Driver and Windows 7

hmm,

First install the LLTD driver on your machines:  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta … layLang=en
ie (Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) Responder (KB922120))

After installing the LLTD package, enable lltd on your dns-323 > advanced > lltd > enable > save settings.  I didn't have an issue with either vista x64 ultimate or windows 7.  I don't run antivirus or a firewall on either box (I use smoothwall).
