I have tried dl'ing Transmission 1.42 from http://kylek.is-a-geek.org:31337/files/ … 1.42-1.tgz and I have not been successful. I read a message from someone who had a similar problem, and they disabled PC and router firewall and had success. I disabled PC firewall (Windows Vista) and router firewall, but had no success.
Has anyone had a similiar experience (not being able to dl from //kylek....etc, and been able to successfully fix? Also is Transmission 1.42 mirrored anywhere else so that I can dl it? I had not had this much of a challenge in dl'ing from internet in a long time.
