After a few weeks of use our DNS 323 had problems today.
The DNS323 is hosting 2x1TB HDD in Raid1.
All users are accessing from XP with full control for everyone. Either in UNC or mapping a drive letter.
Today a first user had the drive letter available but no files visible, then a second one observed the same thing very quickly.
We connected to the web interface and saw a remaining time for sync of about 3 hours... There was no alert by email, although configured to signal failures.
We waited for the sync to complete and still have the problem, even after a reboot: we can map a network drive but cannot see any file.
The web interface indicates a used space of about 576 GB and about 400 GB free. So it seems that the data are still on the disk(s).
Any clue ?
