Editing Lighttpd.conf

Ok, so I have lighttpd running on my DNS-323 and I am able to get to the webpage I made both internally, and externally. I found a page that indicates that you can enable a security measure to prevent unauthorized pages to link to images....

http://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/howto-pre … nking.html

Can anyone assist with how I would go about enabling this on the DNS-323??

EDIT: fixt link.../EDIT
