I am not sure about using the different update, I was in the same situation with f/w 1.05 and posted on the other forum - a few days later the new f/w then appeared on my country's dlink site.  Coincidence?  WHy not try it or send an email dlink via their support pages?

Ok I will give it a try and send an email to the Dlink support or write to their forums, I do not want to risk upgrading using USA version.

thanks for suggestion smile

Re: 1.06 is available now

I successfully updated from the european 1.05 to the US 1.06 (2x 750GB individual disks, no raid).
All is well so far. No reformat needed, UPNP is seen by XBOX360 now.

Only the e-mail notification doesn't work anymore - but that's a know bug afaik.

Cheers,

Emacs

Thanks for feedback smile I actually posted on Dlink support forum asking if using USA version is ok for Europeans and why European Support sites still do not release 1.06.

Anyway its good to know that it works with USA version smile

Re: 1.06 is available now

I've had the same DLNA error with DNS-323, PS3 and LinkSys WRT54GS.

Then i solve it changing router MTU to automatic. DNS-323 only allows an MTU value over 3000 and the router allows 1500 as maximum value.

hope it helps
