Hi there,


I've read a lot about losing / formating the wrong drive when adding a second hard drive on the DNS 323.
I don't want to do something wrong.

I will put the new drive in bay 1 and format it alone.
This will certainly name it Volume_1.

So my question is, after I've formated the new one, can I plug both drive?
Or, do I just rename the newest disk to Volume_2, replug both drive and that's it ?
