DNS323 uPnP server and Philips Streamium WAC/S7500

Hi everybody,

A few days ago I purchased a DNS323. I have a Philips Streamium WACS7500 central station and a satellite one. Both of them are uPnP cliente.

In the DNS323 I've made a folder name "Music" and dropped some mp3 player so as to test the built-in uPnP server. The server is enabled and, after put the music, I've pushed "refresh".But I've not been able to make it work.

The WACS7500 or WAS7500 recognise the server and show on their screens : Video - Photo - Music. And when you enter Music always say: "Empty folder".

Does anyone have any experience with Streamium? Does anyone help me o give any idea to make the server work on a Philips Streamium

Regards,

Re: DNS323 uPnP server and Philips Streamium WAC/S7500

It's been impossible for me to make the built-in uPnP server work with Philips Streamium. So I decided to use Mediatomb instead. And It works great, perhaps, a bit slow when reading mp3 files from HDD but serving fine.

I've checked that WACS7500 and WAS7500 clients play songs without cuts.

Thanks,
