I have two DNS-323s (one with 250 GB Barracudas and the other 750 GB Barracudas) both are using RAID1, every single time I do a big write ( > 2GB) or I do an rsync between the devices that pushes a lot of data ( > 2GB), one of the disks gets kicked out of the RAID set or becomes out of sync. I either have to reformat the drive and add it back in or I have to force a sync. This happens every time I do these big writes, and it always seems to be the drive on the right side of the unit (if you are looking at the front).
Is this common? Has anyone else seen this behavior?
