Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

My dnd 323 worked good for 2 years, now it seems that one disk has let me down. The two blue leds are still on but the right blue led is weaker then the left led.
My mapped drives aren't accesable anymore nor the webpage that I had setup on the ip 192.168.1.32
Pinging is dead
When booting I hear only one beep instead of two beeps.
Also , the disks were mirrored, how failsafe is the raid-1 technology in the dns? know it should be safe but I'm still worried.
What should I do?
Thanks, great community!

First - the brightness of the LEDs is not an indicator of problems with the disks - and those LEDS have been known to fail, so you're probably looking at a bad LED there.
Next - if you can't access the drives or ping the unit that could be either network issues or problems with the device - start by checking for a link light on both the DNS-323 and the router, and follow it by finding the reset pinhole on the back and reset the unit and then run the Easy Search and reconfigure the network address - see if you can restore access that way.
In my experience the RAID1 technology has worked well, and if both of your disks LEDs are blue you data should be safe.
