Hi there,
I need to switch my drive from being mounted as HD_b2 to HD_a2. Reason being my ffp is installed there and the drive got swapped when I added another drive (the new drive became HD_a2). I could temporarily install ffp on the new drive if it's needed to do this. Just wondering if there is ANY way of accomplishing this.
Thanks!

I think that if you just swap the physical locations of the drives, that would be the easiest way to fix this.

Physical swap does not work.
Anyone know?

That's interesting.
Are you mounting using the firmware, or do you do the mounts yourself?
I wonder how it is keeping track of the drives and where it mounts them.
I don't have a suggestion, but I'm curious to see how this turns out.

Letting D-Link firmware do the work. It seems to me that the firmware stores which HD (probably be serial) to mount where so that they remain consistent.
Reason why this is an issue for me is that it seems to me that either ffp or the dlink firmware is using HD_a2 somehow, either for temp or something else. I have nzbget running (now on HD_b2, used to be HD_a2) and it is slow as hell with par2 and unrar because I see activity on the other drive. So I want to switch it back so that HD_a2 is my main drive that downloads to itself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I
