I did a quick compile, try if it works for you:
Install Repository according to instructions: http://nas-tweaks.net/CH3SNAS:Tutorials … ded_by_Uli
Then install libpst:
funpkg -i /ffp/pkg/additional/*/libpst-*.tgz

Thanks DeLaCroix, the utility seems to work.
Unfortunately, it doesn't read my Outlook 2007 file:
# lspst Outlook.pst item->file_as = 'My Mailfile'. Folder "Removed" Folder "Inbox" ERROR Unknown ref_type 0xe20 ERROR Unknown ref_type 0xe20 ERROR Unknown ref_type 0xe20 main: A second message_store has been found. Sorry, this must be an error.

Too bad, but the website also states only 2003, so this utility is probably not suited for 2007
