DNS 323 does not show full amount of disk space after upgrade

I went from 1.03 and 200GB raid1 disks to 1.06 and 1TB raid 1 disks. I can't upload anything, says I don't have enough disk space only shows like 6MB or something. I am on vista 32. HELP!
