NUT can not load the driver (USB)

I just wondering why the nut (Network UPS Tool) can not load the driver after I run "upsdrvctl start" . I am using USB HUB since my ffp is running from USB stick. Even if I run ffp directly from HDD (with the UPS USB directly connected to the USb port), still the same error message appears.
