Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

No FFP Directory?

A while ago i tried FFP on my DNS323 and it worked fairly well but then i changed hard drives and wanted to try it again. I downloaded the fun_plug.txt and fun_plug.tgz files and put them in the root directory on Volume 1 then rebooted the NAS. I have done and redone this a few times now and nada, no ffp directory is made or anything. I am using firmware 1.06 if that helps. Any thoughts on this, or maybe how i can do it manually would really be arrpeciated!

Cheers

Re: No FFP Directory?

take off the .txt on the funplug file, then reboot.  Also you might want to post this in the main DNS-323 Discussion next time.
