Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

Hi Folks,
I have just added a new HDD to my DNS-323 today. What I did was after removing first my current data disk, I then inserted my new disk and formatted it as standard. After rebooting, I was able to see the disk. I then upgraded my FW to 1.07. After reboot, I still can see my new disk. I then inserted back my current data disk, so now, both disks are inside. However, after booting up, from the web GUI, there were 2 volumes seen, but it only reports 1 physical disk information! I then searched the forum and the web, and somehow, I thought I managed to find the culprit: the usbdisk.sh script. I then modified it so that sdc1 will be mounted as USB, and no longer sdb1 (as this was the default value on the script). After rebooting, I finally am able to see the 2 physical disk information.
I then started to implement of rsync backup, based on the tutorial I saw in the forum. However, after I did a reboot of my box to see if the backup cron job has indeed been added, I saw again in my web GUI the initial problem I had: 2 volumes showing with only 1 physical disk info reported!
I'm not sure now what is causing this conflict!
I am currently running FW1.07, fun_plug 0.5 on USB. My original data disk is a Hitachi 1TB, while my new disk is a Seagate 1TB. Storage info from command line:
root@dns-323:~# cat /proc/scsi/scsi

Any advice will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
