Hi
I am sorry if this is a double post, but I have read a lot of topics regarding FTP without having found what I'm looking for.
The deal is that I can access the NAS without any problems, I can see all files and folders, I can rename and delete files and add new ones but I can't copy files FROM the NAS to, for example, my computer at work. I doesn't work if I try to connect using FTP from my home computer either.
Could somebody advice me of what could be wrong?

My suspicion is that you are attempting to use ftp in a manner it was not designed for - specifically - working with the files whilst they are still on the server - the purpose of ftp is simply to move the file from location A to location B.
Try using the Windows command line client and see what happens - it's rudimentary, but effective, and why I'm suggesting it in this case, is it returns the error messages rather than concealing or obfuscating them. Open a command prompt and type ftp 192.168.0.32 (substitute your DNS-323 ip address for the default), you should be able to list the files (dir), move from one folder to another (cd), copy a file to your computer (get) and copy a file from your computer (put)
