DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Hello,

since i am an linux newb (but who isn't, as i read through this forum, seems everyone starts a topic this way . I am wondering how and if it is possible to use/mount your USB disk or flash drive on the DNS-321.

I see a lot of solutions here and on the net, all concerned with "insmod usb-storage.ko" and i've tried them all but all these usb-storage.ko seems to be for the DNS-323 and not for the DNS-321 (actually i own the Conceptronic CH3MNAS which seems to be the same OEM manufacturer just like the DNS-323 and the Conceptronic CH3SNAS are alike)

I've tried severals usb-storage.ko files but non works they all give the same eror namely
"insmod: cannot insert 'usb-storage.ko' : invalid module format"
I think that there isn't a right usb-storage.ko compiled for the DNS-321 yet, of am ik wrong and forgetting something important.

I hope that some over here knows the answer/solution or at least can point me into the right direction.
