I'm trying to get a Ubuntu box printing from my DNS-323, which prints from Windows hosts fine. The print service appears to be LPR (the 323 is listening on port 515, which is the LPR service) and using this requires the print queue name when configuring the printer in Ubuntu. I can't find this documented anywhere, nor can I find any discussion of this in this forum or the D-Link support forum. Anyone know? Anyone have their Linux box printing to DNS-323 hosted printer and can share their config?

Did finally get Samba printing working, but using .lp as the lpd queue name never did work for me.
