Should I use G600 for a school network ?

I plan to purchase the DSM-G600 for a school in Bolivia, I searched this forum, google and D-Link site & docs but can't find these answers:

1- How many users (maximum) can be defined in the "Advanced/Network access" web configuration tool ?

2- How many users max. can access simultaneously to the drive via the network with Windows XP stations ?

3- Does the power supply of the G600 supports both 110 & 220 Volts ?

I need this NAS to share approx. 100 users' data & a laser printer between ~25 computers (Win98 & XP) in 4 rooms.
I want to have private user's data, group's data and common data, along with storage quotas.

Is this product a good choice or do you recommand something else?

Thank you in advance for your advices.

For so many users you will need small business class device and not the cheapest NAS you can get.

DSM-G600 - NetBSD hdd-boot - 80GB Samsung SP0802N
NSA-220 - Gentoo armv5tel 20110121 hdd-boot - 2x 2TB WD WD20EADS

Agreed.

You want somethng that is RAID at a minimum and has at LEAST Gb NIC's.

You definitely want speed and performance.
