Follow the readme, but when I try to...
e2fsck /dev/sda2
I get a segmentation fault. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

OK, solved.
Just re-run the command -- 2nd time around, there's no segmentation fault.
BTW, this is a great forum, and ffp is an outstanding "product".

I got the same problem using fonz' fsck. It got me really worried, I thought my HDD was about to fail. Funnily enough, when I switched to a new HDD (2 TB Samsung to replace 1 TB WD), the problem persisted.
root@MYNAS:~# e2fsck /dev/sda2
e2fsck 1.41.0 (10-Jul-2008)
Segmentation fault
-I get a "Segmentation fault" each time I boot into fsck when I check sda2 for the first time
-All other drives make no problems from the start (sda4, sdb2, sdb4, sdc1)
-When I run e2fsck on sda2 a second time, it works
Knowing this, I could live with that little glitch. BUT: Is it harmless?
