can't telnet/ping/rsync/etc outside of my LAN

Hi I have what i think is a bit of a noob question but anyway; i wanted to use rsync and wget to get some files off the net onto my DNS323 but when i try it can't get out. Like when i try to ping something like google.com i get a ping: bad address 'www.google.com'
What do i need to do to get my DNS323 to access the Internet?

Any suggestions would really be appreciated!

Cheers

-Gaiko

Set a name server (Setup/LAN/DNS1/2).

You'll have to add a DNS and gateway to your network settings. In most cases both of them should point to your router.
