Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

All I just wanted was the torrent, but instead I was ending up with this site
For now I have removed all unessential like upnp, web interface and all related to this.
But next I would like to get webcam, usb audio and domain sockets working
For all upnp fans out there, you may want to take closer look to TwonkyMedia.
Unfortunately there are only powerpc-uclibc-0.9.28 version available but you may ask the author to compile powerpc-uclibc-0.9.27 or powerpc-uclibc-0.9.26 version which are DSM-G600 compatible.

How did you do it? Did you modify your firmware?

It'll be really cool if you can get webcam and usb audio working though just like what others did in Linksys NSLU2.

This sounds exciting if the Twonkymedia author would also compile it for compatibilty with the DSM.

I did just add kill -9 `pidof process-name` commands to fun_plug.

Webcam stuff is posted here, although something is messed with devices.
