I/O Error Device

I am getting I/O error when i am copying large files > 4GB per file into one of the HDD in my DNS-323.

Is my HDD failing? Reading any files in the HDD seems to be fine, I am able to copy files out from it.

Tried a few laptops and having the same issue.

I even changed the slot on the DNS323.

Any idea how can i fix this?

What happens if you try to use the other disk?
