DNS-323 Formatted wrong disk bug

i really need help on this situation..

last weekend, i bought a new 1tb harddisk, went to the web software, was prompted to format the new empty disk (LEFT SLOT)

I triple checked the harddrive name and confirmed that it is the new harddisk (WDC)

the d-link web software went ahead and formatted the wrong drive (RIGHT SLOT), and 1 tb worth of important data is formatted and unrecoverable

the most depressing and major loss is that my software development projects for the past 2 years.. it's gonna take me months to rebuild what i've had there, photos/videos from my last vacations, 400gb worth of mp3s, 2 years worth of personal blog entries... ALL GONE

i already realized my mistake of not backing up before formatting, so please don't further rub salt into my grave situation here.. i need help in constructive and WORKING solutions to recover my data

I immediately unplugged harddisk from nas and plugged it into my windows pc

tried only these 2 recovery software:
1) diskinternals linux recovery freeware - failed, 90% of the recovered files were corrupted
2) bought r-studio - failed, scans succesfully.. when i tried to recover files, the software crashes

a big F to the d-link for screwing up majorly in their reformatting bug

bring it to someone who can handle debugfs. he should be able to recover some things.
