Mount JBOD in windows ... possible

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade my drives and hope to speed things along by mounting the old drives in Windows to transfer the data +/- directly to the new drives. My original configuration with 2x 500GB HD was RAID1 for the first 100GB and JBOD for the remainder (900GB). Using ext2ifs in windows vista I can see the RAID1 on both drives, but none of the JBOD. Is there some way to mount this partition in Windows? When both drives were attached simultaneously under windows I received a 'drive' in the explorer with an error...

many thanks
