UPnP from USB Disk

I have an external disc attached using the usbstorage.ko file provided on the wiki and I'd like this data to be available via the built in UPnP Server (fw 1.06).  When I select the Enable button and go to browse for the files it only gives me a link to the data on the single internal disc, Volume_1.   It looks like it might be using the contents of /root but adding a symbolic link doesn't help anything.

Maybe there is a way to add the symbolic link then restart the web management console?

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Re: UPnP from USB Disk

I am having a similar problem, i mounted my drive (NTFS or FAT) then added the directory in UPNP and hit refresh, all good so far, then i tried to play it from my Xbox360, and it sees the files but as soon as i hit play i get "un-playable content" i know for a fact the file is fine. but cant figure out whats going on, has anyone tried streaming something to Xbox using the mounted USB drive?

Re: UPnP from USB Disk

Try mount --bind

create directory somewhere in Volume_1 and mount your usb disk to created directory
