Easier way to upgrade drives yet?

Just wondering if there was an easier way to upgrade drives yet. Wanting to upgrade my Raid 1 setup to a higher capacity. Going to get a couple drives with an external usb to plug in and transfer.

Any help appreciated.

Really?!? It talks about it every where in that post..... If you are trying to preserve your data while the upgrade than the simple answer to your question is no there is no easy way beside backing up and restoring or copying the data via usb.
