Hello guys, i have a dns323 with only 1 disk (1tb)...i want in future to add a second disk to create raid1 configuration. My question is...when i will add 2nd disk i need to re-format the 1st or all data on 1st disk will be automatically transferred on second disk? Thanks.

When you add the second disk you will be prompted to format it, in that screen will be a check box to create a RAID1 array, check the box and after formatting the new disk, the unit will sync the array.
As always, back up your data before making any changes.
