BT problems following changes in the btsettings.txt

Hello,

I have been installing the module for BT and I read some blogs and forums about it before, it was said that a possibility of changing the settings was given to the user (btsettings.txt), thing i did (see below).
However, when i am pasting a .torrent file in the directory the BT software do not detect it automatically anymore, any idea ? (functionality I want to keep as the interface is a pain)

Code:

webui_port: 54068
dir_active: /mnt/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/BT/incomplete
dir_completed: /mnt/HD_a2/Downloads
dir_torrent_files: /mnt/HD_a2/Downloads/-=Torrent=-

last thing, i want to get rid of the BT share created in samba, is there another way to change a setting in a config file of BT to avoid the it ?

if you edit the start.sh file in BT, you can see the last command regarding samba :

Code:

#for create a "BT" network share
smbcom
smb restart

can we change something here ?

thanks in advance  !

Re: BT problems following changes in the btsettings.txt

Best bet would be to move to a proper BT client app such as Transmission. The DLink BT app is brain dead at the best of times.

3 * (DNS-323 with 2 * 2TB) = 12TB Running FW v1.08 & FFP v0.5
Useful Links: Transmission, Transmission Remote, Automatic
