Hi
Firstly let me say that I am newbie to NAS. Nevertheless I successfully setup my DNS323 with 1 disk, upgraded the software and connected to it fine from all my computers. However a few days later - after an ISP outage - I could not see it from anywhere. After a few reboots I finally managed to connect to it using windows 7( map network drive) , but I cannot connect using easysearch and therefore cannot setup torrents.
Could u give me some ideas of how to get this part working again. I have not reset to factory settings yet - will I need to backup my disk before doing so?
thanks,Shumboom

Just point your web browser at: http://dlink-nas
Where dlink-nas is the name you gave your DNS-323.

It is always a good idea to have a backup, but resetting the DNS-323 does not touch your hard disk, only the settings on the DNS-323.

My easysearch does not seem to work on Windows 7 either. I just use the ip address in a browser. I have mine set at static ip address, so I can always find it easily.
