From what i have read most of the required patches are in the mainline kernel, there may be a couple of things that need patching but that with a bit of hacking a vinnila source courd be made to work (or a hh.org one at least). just wondering if anyone can confirm this
also has anyone looked at doing what the nslu guys have done and create a distro for it, if you used bitbake you get all the openwrt, nslu and a couple of others packages which makes things nice. i understand that it sounds like the workload would be quite high but OE does take alot of the workload off of the individual packages and means you just really have to concentrate on making install images
willing to help, i have had alot of experince with arm bassed systems, i own about 10 ARM devices and only 2 dont run linux, all are running custom firmware
