Dear Fonz
Please can you upgrade the smartmontools package for FFP to 5.40 ?
There seems to be several improvements and I'm hoping it might resolve an issue I have monitoring drives over a USB interface, specifically in Linux. I'm not sure if the changes are going to pose problems for you?
Many thanks in advance.
Jamie

Smartmontools is already a ffp package, but it just needs updating to the newest version if possible. Is Fonz able to update it for all to use, he did it back in August for us.
Thanks again.
Ps: I've read the above document, but I'm not familiar enough with Linux and FFP to be able to compile smartmontools and upgrade the version I'm using. If I could I would
