Making permission changes survive reboot

I'm trying to figure out how to make the permission changes I make to certain folders survive the reboot process...tried searching, but maybe I'm not trying the right terminology. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Making permission changes survive reboot

Permissions and ownership should survive a reboot, depending on the folder of course. If it is a system folder that loads from ROM then you have to get fancy and create a script that runs. The best place to put such a script is /ffp/etc/fun_plug.local as this survives a ffp update and is called after ffp loads but before most of the other scripts in /ffp/start.
