Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I see there are 2.5 and 3.0 TB drives coming onto the market.
Will the DNS-323 be able to handle these or is it topped out at 2 TB?
Put another way, will I have to purchase another 'box' to handle such drives?
BTW: I have not really got my head around the topic of 4kB blocks of the latest 2 TB hard disks - I have a 2 TB 4k, but it does not seem to be any different to other discs I have.
AND: Understood the next firmware update is planned for 3Q2010 (two thousand and ten) and I guess a firmware change of some sort would be needed to accommodate these drives

Dlink, along with numerous other manufacturers, have issues with supporting drives over 2TB as indicated in their announcements. Whether or not this can be addressed in a firmware update is unknown at this time.

Is there a hope to at least fix the 4K issue for RAID? Nowadays all disks come with 4K. I want to put 2T disks in my DNS323, and I cannot find disks without 4K sectors anymore...
