i followed the instructions on the wiki "http://dns323.kood.org/howto:cleanboot"
When trying e2fsck i still get:
/dev/sda2 is mounted
Any idea?

When I read that instruction, I think cleanboot is a script which makes sure the disks are cleanly unmounted at shutdown, preventing disk corruption. It does not make it possible to unmount /dev/sda2, to run e2fsck on it. Then you have to use fsck.
