Python problems after ipkg upgrade

Hi all,

Recently I upgraded my laptopcomputer to Ubuntu 10.4 (from Vista) and had some troubles mounting CH3SNAS drives. I decided to do a ipkg upgrade and from then on I couldn't start sabnzbdplus anymore. It gives me a "/opt/bin/python: can't resolve symbol 'PyUnicode_FromFormat" error.

A google on this error gives me only one link from the support forum of sabnzbdplus: http://bit.ly/cgjrUt

Can someone point me in the right direction for resolving this problem?

I'm using python 2.5.5-2 on a FFP'd CH3SNAS with FW 1.05

Thanks

Re: Python problems after ipkg upgrade

ipkg upgrade is to be avoided at all costs, it seems, if you value your Python install. mine isn't working either.. sad
I wish I had known prior to issuing the command. I'm now considering reinstalling the whole shabang.
