stop front leds

Hello,
I have a DNS-323 with firmware 1.08 and fun plug 0.5

I have tried in the web configuration panel of my NS the capability to stop the front flashing leds (1 for each hard drive and 1 for network activity)

It does not work, no change after applying (I tried also to reboot).

Is this a known bug? is there a workaround?

Thank you

Re: stop front leds

The "Power LED Control" is disabled for me. And I think it is only for the BIG power button.

Re: stop front leds

Duck tape has been suggested as a workaround more then once. :-)

Re: stop front leds

I removed front panel and used a Black Sharpie on all the clear plastic I could get to and it reduced brightness a good deal
