Rsync on DNS-321?'s

Is there a good tutorial on how to set the DNS-321 up as a rsync server? "step by step" I'm a newb

Just bought mine, and I am trying to use it as a remote of site image backup for our office server 2008 R2 via backup assist. Backup assist has a Rsync feature that I think will work best

Backuppc uses rsync for backup and it looks like someone wrote up instructions for running it under ffp on the dns-323 Here. 

Or you can install debian and the debian backuppc package on the dns-323 which includes the backuppc web interface to manage your backups and restores.
