DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Following this wonderful guide (http://dns323.kood.org/howto:vsftpd) I have setup vsftpd on my DNS-323.

However, I'm running into a curious problem when connecting via FTPS.

If I use the Forklift 2 client (I'm on a Mac), then everything works great—connects with TLS, everything works. But if I try using any other client (Transmit, Cyberduck, Fetch), my connection is dropped about 50% of the time whenever I change directories... (Hitting refresh after being disconnected then works and shows the directory.)

Any idea what might be going on? Could it be my self-signed certificates? I've ruled out the possibility of it being a permissions issue, since FTPS *is* working using Forklift.
