Q: How to create ffp packages

I'd like to create ffp packages for OpenLDAP and for Kerberos.

I'm assuming that I need the following:

1) A cross-compile environment (or a native compile environment on the DNS323),  including a toolchain, and

2) Some other magic to package up the installable files, create a manifest, etc.

Is there any documentation as to how I should go about this?

Thanks!
