[DNS-323] How to update mediatomb 0.11 (from fun_plug 0.5) to 0.12.1?

Hi,
how can I update the mediatomb, which was installed with the fun_plug package, to the newer version 0.12.1?
If this is possible, which binary do I have to download from http://mediatomb.cc/pages/download ?
I have very poor linux knowledge as an old windows user.
