Problems with Alt-F Boot

Greetings everyone i come for your aid after browsing the forums.

The goal:

Get Alt-F running on my DNS-323 with transmission. This is a C1-board.

Scenario.

I been running my DNS-323 for about 2 years more or less flawless with 1.06 and 2x 1.5TB drivers. in a JBOD enviroment.
Now i want to get this Alt-F since i heared so much good about it and i lvoe a good change.

The Problem

Seems i got a boot on the alt-f reloaded but after what i read in the install i am out of memory, and i presume due to the log file its the transmission.
The log is created after a cleanboot.

For me it seems i have to cancel the boot of transmission but unsure how to do it ?
chmod -ax transmission.sh in /ffp/start ? Or something like this ?

I really hope somone can help me, once i get it to boot i will flash it as a firmware and activate the transmission the normal way?.

Thank you again.
