I m trying to decide which one to buy, but i cant determine the difference between those models, aside of hardware.
dns-320 and 325 looks to have better hardware than 323, and i cant find hardware specifications for 321. Anyone can tell me?
Is there any other difference aside hardware? Any exclusive feature?
The price of each one here is (local currency)
dns-320: R$ 279
dns-321: R$ 299
dns-323: R$ 549
dns-325: R$ 559
Between 320 and 321 which one is better, and waht about 323 vs 325?

I've had the Conceptronic CH3SNAS for about 4 years, which is hardware-identical to the DNS-323.
Since I compile and run stuff on-device (e.g. Transmission, minidlna, ...), slow performance (due to a slow CPU and only 64MB of RAM) really was a problem after a while.
When I saw an offer for the DNS-325 for just €99 (no disks), I bought it and have now switched everything to this new device.
It has a much faster CPU and (by comparison) loads of RAM (256MB).
The only issue I have is the single USB port, but other than that I'm really happy with the device.

FWIW, I have the 320/321/323 and would recommend the 320 over the other two for the significantly improved performance
