I've recently upgraded the firmware on my DNS-323 from 1.08 to 1.10. It reported the firmware upgrade was successful and requested a reboot. Ever since the reboot I've been unable to connect to the device; either as a network drive or via the web interface. The device itself looks fine visibly, in that the drives lights and Ethernet connectivity are all on as normal.
Any suggestions on things to try to fix this problem? If all else fails, is it possible to revert back to an old firmware version?

I have not done it myself yet, but one of my coworkers has, he had the same problem.
He found out it had dropped the normal IP, so he had to use the easysearch tool, to change the ip back to the correct one.
Hope thats the case here.

Thanks Bravo but the DNS-323 has a fixed IP address, so that shouldn't be the problem.
I've actually fixed the problem myself. I removed the ethernet cable and re-inserted it. The router then picked it up and I can use it again as normal.
I'd already turned shutting it down and restarted it several times, which I thought would have had the same effect - but obviously not. Therefore I don't understand but the main upside is that it's working again!
