IRC Chat client on the DNS-323?

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to run an IRC chat client (xchat, for example) on our DNS323 and use it via web based GUI?

why not a chat client in PHP ? or irc ?

you just have to install lighthttp and php and the client ?
