Transfer files remotely (using SSH?)

I have SSH set up and working fine.  Want to know if there is an easy way to transfer a file (a .mov file that my home security cam saves to the DNS323) to my computer if I'm connected remotely.  I use a Macbook Pro running OSX Lion, and I have no issues connecting using

Code:

ssh root@[external ip]

But once I'm in, is there any to way pull a file? Should I be using something different?

Thanks

Re: Transfer files remotely (using SSH?)

you could try cyberduck or Fugu.

commandline you can use rsync or possibly sftp.
