DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

I just succesfully installed Alt-F (I have a new WD 3 TB Green that I would like to use with the DNS-323). It is now checking the disks (currently a 1 TB and a 2 TB, so I think it could take quite a while). I was going through the setup and came to the point of creating a new user. It cannot find a partition to create the user on, and I assume this is because it hasn't finished checking the disks. Is this correct?

Another question. I would like to place the 3 TB drive in the 2nd  slot and copy the first slot over to it and then reformat the first slot and move things back. Will this cause an issue if I place the user on the first partition?
