Hi guys,
I did a search on this site and google, but didn't find what I was looking for.
I have been using my 323, fairly reliable over the last couple of years.
About a week ago, I went to shut it off by the power button, couldn't do it, it didn't do anything.
I then went into windows 7 and logged under admin, and was able to shut it off.
Today, tried shutting it off again, button didn't seem to work, so I tried under the newly upgraded win 10, and that didn't do it either. I was able to change the fan settings, and move through the menus, so I did have access.
On a last attempt, I tried to log in through my cell phone, and while I could, I still could not shut it off.
I'll leave it on for the time being. I can still access all drives, files, login menu, etc. but I cant seem to shut it off.
I'd rather not pull the plug or anything unless I really have to.
It's a stock 323, with 1.10 firmware.

So Ive discovered that I can reboot the unit, and after that, it will shut off.
Hmm, still strange though.
Ive got a 2nd 323, maybe ill just transfer my drives over to that one
