NZBGet - 500 Internal Server Error

I have had a DNS-323 for years running ffp 0.5 with NZBGet and Transmission. I ran into some issues recently so I tried to reinstall everything. Now I am encountering a strange problem with NZBGet that I've never seen before. It will run fine for awhile (several minutes at least) but will eventually give me a "500 Internal Server Error" when I try to connect to the web interface.

Here is the NZBGet error log from one such startup until it throws the 500 error. I have no idea what it means:

I am no Linux expert but am good at following directions (which is how I got ffp and these apps working in the first place). Any pointers would be appreciated.
